Films

These films and animations can be used to provide education at introduction centers, asylum reception centers and other places where people in risk groups are reached. The aim is to enable people to seek health care in case of symptoms of tuberculosis, or to navigate the Norwegian health care system. All material is free to use and available in several languages.

Easy Guide to the Norwegian Healthcare System

This animation provides a clear overview of how the Norwegian healthcare system operates and whom to contact in different healthcare situations. It features simple illustrations and is especially designed for immigrants who have recently moved to Norway and individuals with limited reading skills.

The animations are accessible in Norwegian, English, and Somali.

Interviewfilm – Tuberculosis

In the interview film, three former tuberculosis patients tell their stories: about getting sick and about the distress they felt in this situation, the meeting with the healthcare system and the long treatment time, and about getting well. We also get to hear how they use their experiences of illness in a positive way in their lives after they have recovered.

The interviews are in Norwegian, English, Tigrinya and Somali.
