Health communication is an important tool to improve the relations between health worker and patients, and it contributes to better treatment results and job satisfaction. Over the last decade, LHL International have trained thousands of health workers and volunteers in health communication in many countries. We have also trained nursing school teachers and other who are now themselves certified as trainers.

The training covers these topics:

• Changing attitude and behavior
• Optimistic thinking
• How to deal with stress and prevent burnout
• Reaching your goals

We can customize the training to fit your needs for the number of days and number of participants. The training is interactive with meaningful participation from all the attendees. We have also good experience with role plays and observing own communication in interactions with others. The training can be in English or Norwegian language.
